  • I rarely ever write reviews but I just thought I'd take time out my day to warn people before going into this store. The only reason I came to this location is because it is closer to my job and I was looking for a new foundation. Upon walking into the store a lady offered me a shopping bag which I thought was great, then I was walking around the store for 15 minutes looking for my foundation but I couldn't find it finally I say " Excuse me do you have Lancome here" to a worker and she says " Not at this location" and walks away. Not only were her customer service skills bad but she walked away so fast I couldn't of asked for any alternative. I just would like to say this WHEN YOU WORK IN RETAIL YOU GET PAID TO WORK WITH PEOPLE !!!!! SO IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB PLEASE FIND A NEW ONE SO PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY LOVE WORKING WITH PEOPLE CAN GET PAID TO DO SO !!!! I will not be returning to this location. And a side note its not like the store was crowded at all it was about three customers in there and the worker I spoke with wasn't dealing with anyone.
