  • Last month, while staying in a hotel in Phoenix, AR, my Honda Pilot side window did not close. It was about 3:30 pm on Friday and we dad one year baby in the car seat. The temperature was about 110. The service advisor (my apology I forgot his name) told me that, despite there were ver busy, he will do his best because of the high temperature and the baby to fix ASAP. In less than two hours, the car was fixed. Terry Longenecker, the Customer Relations Director stopped by to see that everything is OK. Many thanks for the service advisor and to all who are working in this facility. You are angels. Thanks for speedy and excellent job
