  • I'm giving this place 3 stars, I love the selection, and the organization is pretty solid. But I'm appalled by the service. I'm not speaking for all the employees, because that wouldn't be fair. However, I had the unfortunate opportunity to get my order checked out by this young woman working there. She was incredibly sarcastic and rude, and made a remark to me that embarrassed me in front of other customers. As I was leaving, I caught her taking a gulp of beer she had on the counter. Like really? It dawned on me she was slightly tipsy. Completely unprofessional. I know this place is supposed to have an underground feel to it, but no need to be completely unprofessional in a work environment.
