If there is a way to give them Zero star I will.
I don't believe there is any free lunch in the world to begin with. So whenever there is a promo, I would always go over the package and billing details in order to make an informed decision on whether I would take that promo or not. They still managed to sneak in multiple 'expirations' here and there on different dates, so there have been multiple times when I ended up with huge increases on my monthly bill only 'after the fact" .How hard it is to give a customer a heads-up about these 'expirations' so that they could be prepared for these fee increases? Then every time I had to spent hours on the phone with them to work out all the details. What a waste of time!!! Bottom line is, I like to be matter of fact and set my expectations realistically, even so, Cox's bait-n-swith billing tactics outwitted me. I'm filing complaints to FTC and Best Business Bureau. It is just a matter of time when there is a massive class action lawsuit against this company's business practice.
