  • I went to them to receive my card for this year. I provided them with three times the documents than I provided when I was certified last year. Including the document that the Dr. used when I was certified last year. Now they put me on hold pending more documents ? These people are incompetent. DO NOT GO THERE. I want my money and my documents back. I will go somewhere else. Now, because of these fucks, I will have to be on Oxycodone for weeks more because of their incompetence. They have put my life in jeopardy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT A COMPETENT EVALUATION.
