  • Tried twice to get a tire quote. Ignored me for over 1/2 hour in the lobby. Gave them my phone number to call me... 6 hours later no quote. I call them ... oh I'll work up the quote right now wait on the line. I'm sick of waiting. Easier & cheaper places to buy tires. I'll go somewhere else. What a lame comment Firestone! Call & waist more time on you??!? I tried calling the 1800 # & they were more interested in where I lived & my dog them helping. Seriously they lady in the phone asked me about my dog?!? All I wanted was tires & all I have gotten is a run around. How do you stay in business?!?
