Cancelled my service after my contract was up(2 years) continued to receive bills even though I had no service . Of course directTV claims to have no knowledge of my cancelling. Called twice to return equipment but was given no instruction to return equipment and told not to worry about it. Still receiving bills for a service & equipment I don't have access to or am using. This is the worst error in communication and unwillingness to solve problem I have seen and still they are refusing to cancel my subscription.
