  • After trying numerous groomers we have now tried another one. I asked for referrals from vets and read reviews and ended up going to On All 4's and spoke to the owner, Melissa yesterday. I was so afraid to go anyplace for the last two months so I was washing and brushing them myself and had to go someplace. I think I made a good choice. The shop is nice and they don't keep the dogs hid away in the back. The grooming tables are visible and the area they keep the dogs is visible which I really liked. Melissa knew all about the skin condition Gidget has and made sure to talk to me about the shampoo and how they would groom her and other recommendations. They turned out so cute, no razor burns, no missed toe nails and no scabs. When I picked them up she went over a few things she noticed and told me how bad the ear hair was and signs to watch for. Again, knowledgable, informative and pleasant. Although it is a drive from my house we will go back again and hope that each time we have the same outcome. I understand an occasional small razor burn because I'm sure they wiggle but not what we have experienced in the past 5 years over and over.
