  • Six months ago my wife and I weren't ready to buy. Today, we're happy first time homebuyers thanks to Christy Fitzpatrick's house hunting skills and expertise of the real estate market. I met Christy at my second open house in December of last year when I explained that I had minimal knowledge of home buying and lacked the confidence that I could own a home within a few months. Christy thought I was cutting myself short and saw in me a potential homeowner. Within hours of meeting Christy, she connected me with her associate Terry of First Funding in Campbell, CA. When it comes to trusting others with a large purchase and personal finance, I'm your typical cynic, but I felt very comfortable with Christy and Terry because their knowledge and experience showed. For the next few months, my wife and I worked out a buying plan with Christie and committed to it. My wife and I hit the open house market for about three months without missing a weekend and exchanged dozens of MLS listings with Christy. She always worked at our pace and didn't pressure us into rushing a purchase. Several months into open houses, we were ready to start making offers and gave Christy the green light to be aggressive. She changed gears on demand and in no time helped us secure an offer. My wife and I work full time and have two children with a very busy schedule. Thanks to Christy's diligence and hard work, there was minimal disruption to our daily life. Christy is very tech savvy and efficient at processing documents electronically and securely which was an added convenience to us. I couldn't be more satisfied and grateful for what Christy has done for us.
