This place is all about sales and marketing. The customer service is just a bit too smooth, they hired a technician guy to do preliminary tests on your eyes while you wait to see the optometrist, and they have state-of -the-art/unnecessary instrumentation. That's probably why they charge premium pricing for their services, and charge you extra for retina scans that you don't really need (and don't ask your permission to do the exam either). I felt the optometrist did a thorough job with my exam overall, but the extra charges and push to buy frames from their store was a bit much. Not coming back.
