  • After several extremely negative experiences at this store, my wife has decided to never step foot in there again. To start, their customer service is extremely lacking. Do not expect to be greeted at the door, it won't happen. I've now had two instances in which certain items I consigned turned up to be "lost". First, it was a rug, and second was a $300 Alice and Olivia Dress with tags on it. When I went to pick up my items that hadn't yet sold, this dress was nowhere to be found. After searching the entire store, I asked the employees for help. With a major attitude and several eye rolls, I was able to get help searching for the dress. The dress was no where to be found, and to top it off, I was told by an employee (Terri, I believe), that "It doesn't really matter because your dress was marked 50% off and only would have sold for $10 anyway". I couldn't have cared less what it sold for, but according to their computer it DIDN'T sell and I wanted it back! I left the store extremely upset and asked that the manager call me. A day later I received a call from the manager who informed me they did find my dress and I can come pick up $10 cash anytime. Tonight I went in to get my money and was told that I would have to wait 7 more days!! And I don't get $10 I get $4.50 for a $300 dress! I demanded my $4.50 and eventually got it but not without vowing to never step foot in this unorganized store again. If you want to be treated disrespectfully, have your clothing lost and make garage sale prices for your clothing then go here.
