I would give it a 4 stars but after getting off the phone with one of the receptionists, I'll have to knock a star down. Receptionist was sarcastic and didn't seemed very conscientious of her tone of voice. I had this issue with a Miami receptionist too. That really annoyed me since I've been sick & just not in the mood to deal with rude ppl.. I guess they need to train their front desk better.
I've been going to this location for a long time so hopefully it'll improve/I'll avoid that receptionist or I'll just go to Rainbow.. Besides that, the waxing service is consistent with other locations I have been to (San Diego, LA, Miami, San Jose)
