  • I have to say tech problems make me crazy! I have an older 2009 MacBook that I use just for basic computer work. I know it's old but I don't need a new $2k computing to do bills and internet surf. I went to Apple which suggested a new computer or multiple parts they wouldn't install. So I bought the parts and brought them to Mac Masters for installation. Dropping everything off was simple, they were honest and straightforward also very nice. I probably interacted with the entire staff during the week since I brought it in twice, they were all very knowledgeable and approachable. Highly recommended.
