I went to Blue Wasabi yesterday for Happy Hour and had the Salmon salad, beef and brocoli and the tempura.
I got food poisoning and spent the evening throwing up.
When I called the restaurant to let them know, the hostess told me there is adisclaimer on their menu, and its ays raw food can cause food poisoning... Charming!!
When I said she could continue the conversation with my lawyer, she called the manager who apologised, told me he was going to make a note, check the kitchen and keep an eye on it. He was bidding hios fareweels when I said I wanted my money refunded.
- Ohhh... I can't do that. You need to talk to the owner.
WOW!! I am not asking to be compensated for the inconvenience. I am not asking them to pay for my meds. Or the time I wasted being sick after eating their food,
All I asked was not to be charged for the food that made me sick. And I could not get a straight answer... I am NOT IMPRESSED.
