  • I happened to be passing by Ask Computers on my way to the market. My Samsung Note II has had a massive spiderweb crack on the screen since July of last year! I figured I'd pop in and see if there was anything they could do. There was! My phone is older, so they didn't have the part required to get 1-hour service. Instead they hooked me up with a loaner phone and when my phone was ready (same day), they drove it to my home (mid-town Toronto) to deliver it to my door. Service was wonderful - very polite and informative. I could not be happier with the service. If I ever have phone problems again, I'll be back (but I hope I won't have to).
