  • Horrible service! I purchased a groupon for two dozens of mini cupcakes and went into the store at about 10 in the morning to make a purchase. No where it was stated that they don't always have mini cupcakes and I had to call ahead. I mean it's a cupcake store, why don't you have your cupcakes ready 2 hours after opening? I was informed that there was no "groupon cupcakes" available, I would have to wait for them to bake it. The girl at the counter was not nice at all, and I felt like being treated like second class citizen by using a groupon. I tried to ask if I can convert my 2 dozen mini cupcakes into maybe a dozen regular sized cupcakes, she told me absolutely not. If I want to redeem my groupon, I would just wait for them to make it. I didn't have to wait, but was sad that I had to leave without anything despite making a special trip to the store and anticipating some good cupcakes. Definitely not going back.....
