I bought a living social coupon for 2 cars... tried to schedule first time, he cancelled on me last minute. He schedule someone else even though I texted him my address. But he didn't bother to text me back or call me to let me know he schedule someone else. And I thought he was coming so I made arrangements to have both cars at home. 2nd time he came and only schedule enough time to detail one car. He then called me on the phone and told me he will come back another day. So the day before the schedule I texted him and asked if he is coming, he had totally forgotten all about it! And he won't get back to me, they only do texting so even if you have the proof on the text messages he will deny it for a while and asked a bunch of questions as if I messed up HIS schedule. Then he texted me and make it my fault and responsibility that I MESSED up his schedule because he has sold over 160 Living Socials and Groupons. I am trying to get my money back on the other car they didn't work on...
Update: This morning I got my money back from LS . Even though Da Kine cancelled on me 3 times, I have to be fair. They did an excellent job on one of the cars! They removed all the pet hair without complain. We took it to another place in Henderson and all they do is complain about the pet hair. But these 2 guys, they are very hard working. I just wish the person who schedule the jobs have a device on his phone to help him schedule his appointments.
