Officially my first ONE STAR review.
I've been to a couple Quest locations and this is one I will NOT be returning to. There are a couple of problems with this location (other than long wait times), however, my main complaint is the following incident:
After walking in, we were told to sign in on the tablet. While signing in, we noticed one of the phlebotomist walk to the front desk with gloves. Having worked in numerous labs myself, it immediately caught my attention. She then proceeded to answer a phone call with not just her gloves worn but with also a recently drawn tube of BLOOD in the same hand. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The same phone that's used by the front receptionist/desk employees. Cross contamination much... OSHA compliance issues?
Perhaps the employee was improperly trained...I hope management addresses this issue and reminds its employees of proper safety protocols!
