So I am a home owner and frequently go to this store to do updates and maintenance on my home. I usually always have a pleasant experience! So I finally decided to replace all my appliances in my kitchen. So while picking out my fridge, stove, microwave and hood, dishwasher, I had a very helpful and patient employee named Ben help me. His help is what I am use to getting at lowes but unfortunately with the delivery people I had another experience all together. So I was set to receive my appliances on a Saturday between 10am and 12. I was suppose to receive a call 30 minutes prior to arrive but I didn't receive any calls so around 1:30pn I called them. First off they seem like they couldn't find my account then I called lowes. Lowes apologize and ensure me they would be there no later then 6. Well 6 rolls around and nothing not even a phone call. So at this point I am beyond mad. I have taken the entire day off to be here for my delivery that has yet to show. So I call them and tell them if they are not here before my kids go to bed at eight I will cancelled my entire order and go with another company. They get here at 7 30 pm and then they can't install my dishwasher because they don't have the right tools. Promise they will install it next day. So here I go again calling all day no one having a clue. I will never order from lowes again and will not recommend anyone using them either because of they delivery services which is sad because lowes employees are so helpful! It's just not professional and not ok! Sorry!
