  • I walked in and the woman at the counter was huffing and puffing and told me..."just wait a minute". Keep in mind I was a good three feet from the counter not rushing her. I waited for five minutes patiently as she slammed the mouse up and down and banged on the keyboard. I figured if that's her attitude and she is supposed to be the "face of the store" no thank you! Came to a little local run shop in Matthews and was in and out in no time. To top it off they were all very friendly.
