This review for quest billing/company in general.
I have been dealing with a lab claim that was never properly filed for over 2 years. I was sent to collections even though Quest refuses to put my correct name and insurance information in their system. I have called plenty of times with no care or concern from the employees. I've told each person that they have my name incorrect and there is no insurance details on the claim. Each rep tells me "well your insurance company should figure it out and still pay". Seriously, you don't even have my legal name on the claim form. This last time I called the only suggestion the rep had was to forward the form to me so I can file it myself. Such excellent customer service! I wish my company was okay with me not doing my job. What a gig they have there. So I now have the claim form which has my name incorrect and no insurance information on it at all. I now get to do the billing departments job and get this claim paid so that I can get out of collections. Good job Quest! Sorry for such a snarky review but you can sense my extreme frustration with this company after 2 years of complete lack of care and total incompetence.
