rev:text	I admit, when I started reading the menu, I was intimidated. Nothing on the menu was familiar. There was no comfort of knowing what any of the dishes might look like. What's wonderful about Nobuo is that they offer a menu of interesting items that you may not find elsewhere. Their food is best enjoyed with a group of close friends that are cool about sharing food. My water glass never went empty and my tummy got plenty full. Chef Fukada even stopped by our table to say hello, extra star for that.
