  • We purchased several items during two visits to the store this past year to the tune of over $7,000. We paid up front because they offered a discount to do so. The wooden pieces looked nice in the store; however when they were delivered we realized they were made in China and not of great quality. The sectional we purchased had the arm loose and the sections did not align. We were dissatisfied with it and had a hard time getting them to accept it on return; eventually they agreed but charged a restock fee and gave us a store credit. We were forced to select a different sectional. Later they called and said we owed more money because they made a mistake in calculation. Three weeks later they informed us the fabric was on back order and it would take an additional 4 weeks to arrive (four months instead of three) Eventually it got here; not what I would have chosen but once they had our money it was store credit only...no refunds. I have purchased lots of furniture over the years but never experienced anything like this. I read their reviews prior to shopping there; there was one other review that talked about being dissatisfied and only receiving a store credit. The next time I went to read their reviews, that one had been taken down. So...if this review doesn't get removed, I would just say: buyer beware.
