  • Wow!!! I've never had such excellent service. We recently purchased a house and the water heater wouldn't stay lit. After trying to fix it ourselves, I went to yelp and contacted a few businesses. Water Heater pros was the only one that straight up gave me an answer. Charlie said it's either issue 1,2, or 3 and gave ballpark estimates. We set up an appt for the same day. He was here within 30 minutes to save the day! He got it to stay lit and pointed out the issue and gave some amazing advice. He was very honest and in my opinion went above and beyond. I will be contacting them first when the time comes to get a new water heater and I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. Seriously!? It felt like superman just came by my house. Thank you Charlie and Water Heater Pros!
