| - Took my Jetta in for its 30,000 service on a Saturday. Staff was friendly and prompt. Car was ready to pick up a little later than expected, but it was a busy Saturday so I wasn't terribly bothered. Unfortunately, there was a problem with my break system, and my break light came on the next day, on Sunday, when service wasn't open. I was pretty upset and reached out online. My message was answered within an hour, and they had me come in, get a loaner car, and leave my vehicle there to be fixed on Monday.
My car was fixed and ready to pick up early on Monday!
Neil was fantastic, let me know what had happened, and was very apologetic. This dealership's service department stands behind their service, and really strives to make your experience a good one. I've always loved my volkswagen, and the folks at Lunde's Peoria have only improved that love for my car and the brand overall. In fact, my husband is actually in the market for a new vehicle, and we plan on going with a volkswagen from Lunde's now!
