  • We recently hired Two Chefs To Go for our company's 30th Anniversary Event and the planning and execution of our event from start to finish could not have gone any better. Chefs Maggie and Malinda are amazing to work with and our guests are still raving about our event and the food two weeks later. They prepare everything at your location. Everything is fresh - no microwaves, freezers or steam tables are used! Their support staff and bartenders have been working with them for years - very professional and friendly. They also coordinated all of the equipment rentals needed. We went for an elegant but casual cocktail party and picked the following items Teardrop Tomato, Fresh Mozzarella & Basil Skewers w/ Balsamic Syrup Chilled Chicken Summer Rolls in Mini Cups w/ Minted Sweet Chili & Ginger Soy Sauces Demitasse Cups of Roasted Corn Chowder w/ Crab Fritter & Jalapeño Pico de Gallo Chilled Quinoa with Tangy Greek Salad in Romaine Leaves Cajun Rubbed Filet w/ Caramelized Onions & Bleu Cheese on Tuscan Bread Buttermilk Marinated Fried Chicken Skewers w/ Lemon Aioli Creamy Mini Macaroni & Cheese Cups with Garlic Parmesan Panko Topping Platter of Imported and Domestic Cheese and Fresh Fruits with Crackers & Flatbreads Plus the most amazing miniature dessert prepared by hand by Chef Malinda: Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Tartlets Fresh Raspberry Tiramisu Shooters Mini Whipped Apple Pies Espresso Panna Cotta Shots Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes with Praline Crumble Their elaborate displays are beautiful and included fresh flowers and great serving pieces.. Once the event was over their white glove cleanup left our kitchen and serving areas cleaner than when they arrived! The only thing I had to take care of was to provide the beverages and alcohol served which helped keep the costs down. Their friendly bartenders took care of everything else I can not say enough about their service and attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked and they always handled my endless questions with a smile and a friendly answer. Thank you Chefs Maggie and Malinda for turning a stressful undertaking into an awesome and fun experience!
