i was very disappointed with this nail salon, especially with so many 5 star ratings. i made an appt for a "royal" pedicure. i also asked if they had spa massage chairs and the lady on the phone said yes. when i first came through the door, i was struck by the awful smell of manicures. you know that finger nail polish type of smell. it was so overwhelming, i almost backed out of my appt. the place was cute and well decorated but very small and no circulation! on top of that it was warmish which accentuated the pungent vapors. i was shown to a small room off to the side, which was the pedicure room. to my disappointment, the chairs were not what i was expecting. the "massage" was only vibration. they were not the normal chairs you see at a pedicure place. you cant adjust the seat so your sitting straight up the entire time. plus no head rest. when i made the appt. i first went to their website and read the description of the pedicures. there are two kind, the regular and the royal. the royal seemed like a special treat because it had a long discription of what they would do and it was 50 bucks! turns out the royal was just a regular pedicure which i could have paid 25$ for and had a great massage at any other nail place! i did noticed lots of women getting their manicures done there. i think maybe the five stars are for the manicures they give. but do not go here if you want a pedicure. the two stars are for the technician. she did a good job and was very nice.
