  • My friends and I were just walking around MGM and wandered upon Craftsteak. They were able to seat a table of 6 without reservations on a Saturday night. We were in flip flops and t-shirts, and I felt a little under-dressed. I had the New York Strip. I had asked for medium, but it was cooked a little more like well. Disappointing, but I still ate it cuz I was starving. For side dishes, we got a few to share. The star side dish, hands down, was the Maui Onions. Those things just MELTED in your mouth. They were soooooo freaking good that when the waitress came back, we ordered more Maui Onions. I don't think I've ever had onions taste as sweet or as juicy. Just melts. If i were to go back to this place, it would be for those onions.
