  • We've been working with Damon for nearly three years now. He managed our first rental house and now is managing our second rental house. We were living out of state and were actually out of the country for nearly a year while he managed our first house. We did not have the easiest tenants to deal with, but Damon was on top of everything, providing advice when we needed it and quickly responding to problems/questions from both us and the tenant. The fact that he is now managing our second rental is the best recommendation we could provide.
