  • I had a great experience at Mountainside. I lived here for four months while completing a work assignment. I was able to secure housing online and by phone before arriving to Arizona. I've had no complaints with the management. They've gone above and beyond to help make this process easy and smooth. They've always been quick to respond by email or phone. The only problem I had while here was a broken ceiling fan. Maintenance fixed it the next day. The pool area is beautiful, nice trails behind the complex for a quick hike or trail run, close to grocery stores (fry's, safeway, traderjoes), and coffee (starbucks, where you bean). Good mix of people here, families to young people. I've never had a problem with loud neighbors or crazy parties. Thanks, Mountainside, for a great four months!
