I started having a few issue with my car. I hate bringing in my car for service and dealing with the whole diagnosis process etc....
When I got to Nissan everyone I meet was very nice and pleasant.
I ended up dealing with Fabian Perez in the service dept. He was such a huge help. Not only did he make my visit a comfortable and satisfying visit, he made the whole experience a very easy process.
My car ended up being in the shop a few days the whole time he took wonderful care of me. He kept me updated on what was going on with my car instead of me having to call him and track him down.(which was a first and why I usually hate getting my car fixed)
He also knew what he was talking about and took the time to answer any questions that I had and took the time to explain the things I didn't understand (as a woman this was very helpful to me, I know nothing about cars)
His whole demeanor and attitude was such a great and positive one! I didn't feel like I was a petty customer and I didn't feel like he was just trying to rush me out the door... I totally recommend seeing Fabian every time you go to United Nissan and need your car fixed.... He's also not to shabby on the eyes either
