  • STAY AWAY! This place may look nice, but it's all a facade. First, the property: this complex was poorly designed. The apartments are built around one central above ground parking garage. Your interior parking spot will flood like a lake every time it rains, and take weeks to dry out. The hallways are all exterior and become extremely hot in the summers. Management recently added a couple dozen speed bumps in the parking garage, which makes coming and going a real pain in the butt. While only a year old, the complex was poorly constructed. My ceiling leaks each and every time it rains, walls are not flush, and the supposedly eco-friendly design does nothing in the insulation department (your AC bills will be sky high!). The area: the location is near old town, tempe, and the airport... but the specific area is definitely a bit "hood." There's construction to one side (sorry, no peace and quiet for at least another year and a half!) and a strip club next door. The management: The property is under new management and they are cheap, stingy, and rude! Gone are the resident activities (happy hours, brunch, etc) and gone are the small amenities (candy, dog treats, etc). If you need something from the staff, you will be left waiting in the doorway while the staff ignores you and carries on about their days. Phone calls will go unreturned for days on end, while there is no contact information online to email them (and the form online doesn't work either). The staff seems to view that breaking their commitments to residents is ok, but there will be no flexibility on the residents' commitments to them.
