This company has the worst work ethics. Gave them half their fee on July 16 and managed to start work August 18 while giving us a bunch of excuses in between. They could not continue the job since Matt Lane did not give full /complete instructions to his crew as he was going for his vacation. Work was halted again until his return. One of his workers defaced a post of the patio cover which they promised will be covered up. They did not do this. Measurements were not followed according to the draft and when this was brought up to Matt, he did not even offer to fix it and just stormed off and left the whole thing not completed. Then, he expects to get paid. Don't get sucked in by them. They are only proficient in low class service. We based our decision partly on the BBB rating, but sadly, that was a mistake. His partner claimed that one just has to pay BBB to get a great rating.
