| - I visited for one appointment and it wasn't bad enough that I wouldn't go back, maybe 2-3 stars (keep reading for why it's now 1-star). They messed up the schedule, had me scheduled for a consultation instead of a cleaning (why else would I go to the dentist?) but managed to work me in so whatever. Fluoride treatment was this newfangled 3M goopy sticky stuff that's supposed to be better because it stays on longer, but personally it was really annoying. The dentist himself was fine, nice and polite and everything, seemed competent, I didn't feel pressured for any extra treatments (although they do have product ads plastered throughout the office).
So here is the kicker. I scheduled the next 6 month appointment for 6 months out. A week before the scheduled date, they called to say they weren't going to have a dentist working that day, so we rescheduled for a month later, their first available, on Tuesday which the lady said was the only day of the week they have a dentist there (weird??). OK, sure. Appt scheduled for 8:30am. I get the confirmation call the friday before saying 8:30am. I show up at 8:30am, no receptionist, nothing, one of the assistants says "we have you scheduled for 11:30!" I couldn't do 11:30 so I said, wow you really mess up scheduling, sorry I can't do it. This was 2 weeks ago, and today I just got a BILL in the mail for the cleaning they never did because they messed up the schedule. Guess who's getting an angry call tomorrow!
