  • I tried to buy a truck at San Tan over the course of the past two weeks. I could not come to terms on a deal but this is not why I'm giving them one star. they're getting one star because of how poor the communication has been. I never once received a call back from my sales person, Jim Hairston. I sent over a dozen emails and made over 10 calls. The times I was lucky enough to get him on the phone I was greeted with an excuse about why he hadn't called me back. First was his wife "hurt" herself, then it was "serious dental surgery". Either this guy is the unluckiest man on earth or he is full of the typical 60 year old car salesman crap. My assumption is the latter of the two. At the end of the day, if the communication is this bad on the sales end, imagine what I'll be faced with if I have a problem. I still hope to buy a Ford but San Tan Ford has done nothing to earn my business. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.
