  • This was my first time at Serenity Salon and Spa and it will be my last time. I made an appointment online with Hailey at 10AM for a pedicure. She was quick to put my sandals back on after my pedicure which concerned me. When I got home the nail polish was smeared. I can't believe I spent $40 ($30.00 for the pedicure and $10 tip) for this. What a waste of money. As this was being my first time, I really didn't feel welcome. The staff only wanted to talk to the local customers. Didn't seem very interested in getting to know new or future customers.
