  • Be warned of their no return policy. The salesperson brought out their 3 step system. The first "exerciser" is supposed to be worn 30-40 minutes a day. She suggested I wear them while getting ready for work which I knew wouldn't happen. The second "maintainer" is to be worn at work. I was willing to get these since that is the issue I went in for. The third is the "relaxer" which I knew I wasn't going to wear at home after wearing the maintainer all day. I wore these a total of 15 seconds in the store. I bought the maintainers for work and wore them in my shoes when I left the store. After wearing them all afternoon I noticed no difference. In fairness I am going to try them for a few weeks. What I did notice when I got home (and I wasn't told) there is a no return policy. Surprising for a pair of inserts I paid $300 for. I can only hope these work. If not in a few weeks I am going back to see what my options are. Just be warned before you spend your money as the entire 3 step system would have been close to $900. ***update*** exactly the type of cut and paste response I was expecting. I was not told by the salesperson that there was no refund option. It may have been posted but you don't have time to notice signs when they seat you and start fitting you. Just glad I wasted only $300 and not $900 on the complete 3 step system. Especially when the "relaxer" is something you use when you get home from work and take your shoes off only to put on another pair with the relaxer in it which I barely felt was there. The "test walk" he is referring to is a 10 second walk to the door and back. If you really believe in your product I should be able to try these for 30 days and see if I notice a difference.
