  • Everyone is right...the facility looks great..which is misleading because the service is horrendous. I stopped here while on a business trip. I asked how long the wait was for a pedicure and they responded immediately. They put me in a pedicure chair...turned on the water...and let me sit there for 45 minutes until I decided to walk out. Ridiculous!! There is another place further down towards TJmaxx...go there instead :)
