Overpriced! This place is made out to be more than what it really is. I looked at their instagram before buying tickets to go here and the pictures definitely looked way better than what it was. The place was extremely small and if someone else was taking pictures it took forever to wait for them and it was quiet awkward to be taking pictures in peace when there was a line behind you to take pictures as well.
This is not a place for someone if you think it's about icecream, it's more just for taking pictures.
I understand that this is not the museum of ice cream but all we got was a few small samples (a bonbon, an otterpop (come on at least give us a popcicle), a melted milkshake that was not good, and an icecream cone or bowl (only three flavors available). I would think being as this place is about ice cream there would be more than just three flavors to offer. When I went they had vanilla, chocolate, and mango sorbet.
I was very upset that I spent $25 on a ticket for nothing. I understand if it was 10-15 but $25 is a long haul.
Lastly, the grossest part of the experience was the ball pit. I got in there because that was clearly the thing to do and it spelled disgusting in there and felt dirty. I immediately felt like I needed a shower just from that experience.
Like I said maybe some of you may enjoy this more and may think it is worth the money but for me it was a waste.
