From the moment we entered we felt like we were the most important guests and the establishment was going to do everything possible to make our experience first class.
As this was our first visit, the owner/manager explained the menu choices to us and after a short discussion we all decided on the stir fry.
We headed over to choose our vegetables and this was the one piece of our dinner that didn't quite rate five stars as there were only about fifteen vegetable choices and, other than the bok choy, the choices were very American. I was hoping for a few more exotic Asian vegetables to choose from. However, they were all fresh and looked delicious.
We then chose our meat or seafood followed by our sauce. You can also elect to have noodles rather than rice, which I chose, to complement the pork and Kung pao sauce.
When the food arrived it was perfect. The flavor was wonderful. The spices were infused throughout the dish and eating it was a mouth-watering delight.
This restaurant should be on everyone's list of must go to at least once.
