| - Give me a break.... on my lunch break, I just came in to buy two sets of strings.. one customer in front of me was talking with the salesman for at least 15 minutes about dulcimers while I stood there, strings in hand.... I thought he was finally done when he inhaled, but then he asked to buy some loose strings. A guitar tech was seated changing strings on a guitar for another customer. Not once did either of them acknowledge that I was in the room. I was standing there with the strings in my hand, ready to pay... while the clerk and customer chatted away... an "I'll be right with you" might have been nice since the dulcimer guy would not stop talking.... As I was about to walk away without the strings, finally, the clerk looked at me and asked if I was ready to check out. No apology for the absurd wait or for being completely ignored, nothing.... What did he think I was doing standing two feet away from the other guy tapping the strings with my fingers for 15 minutes? As far as customer service, it is an oxymoron here, always has been and still is... amateur city.... if I did not live around the block from this dump, I would never, ever give them my business... never again..
