  • I've heard people rave about this food truck and I've never had the chance to try it. That day finally came when I learned they were going to be here for one day only at the arts fest. Looking at the menu I thought ok this is a little pricey but it everyone says it's amazing then it's worth it. I ended up ordering the Connecticut roll. I was sadly pretty disappointed with it. Seemed like it had little to no flavor. Just tasted like lobster between 2 slices of bread. Would be nice to have a little sauce or extra flavor of some kind. My coworkers told me the cold roll was much better so I would be willing to give it a second chance.
