  • NEVER LIVE HERE, staff is rude and sneaky and it's always different people. Every appliance I had in my apartment broke and leaked, just in the one year I resided here, and they aren't urgent about fixing anything for their residents. My final move out bill was send to collections whenever it had only been 15 days and I found out AFTER I drove from north Scottsdale to drop my final check off in person. I am disgusted and while living here I heard gunshots many times and my neighbors were all trashy and hit my car all the time, at night this place is extra creepy. Don't be fooled, looks like a decent place but it is not. Oh and there's always homeless people hanging out in the gym
