  • I had the best experience ever with salesman Ash, manager Scott and finance lady (forgot her name) I live in North Scottsdale 1 mile from Pinnacle Nissan. I was shopping for a new Sentra for my son. I Visited Pinnacle and Peoria because of there misleading ads. Just for fun I called Coulter Nissan in Surprise approximately 50 miles from home and 45 from ASU where my son was coming from. I said straight out why are your ads so much cheaper then your competitor? What do I have to do to qualify? Geri on the phone said There was nothing to qualify for that price. I did not need anything. I reminded her that I was 50 miles away. She said she would pay for my gas either way if I bought the car or not. I met with salesman Ash and 2 hours later my son drove off in his new Sentra at the advertised price. I asked for the trade in value for my Mercedes , I told them I would be back.
