Purchased a Groupon for a 50 minute massage, and a 50 minute facial. Both my friend and I purchased the Groupon deal. We got lost on the way there, but I called to let them know we would be 10 minutes late. The woman who answered (who turned out to be the owner) was incredibly rude. We arrived and I apologized for our lateness, then the owner informed me that our massage time would be cut short. Wow. So instead of a 50 minute massage, we both got 25 minutes. My massage therapist was nice and did a good job for the short time I was massaged. My friend had the male therapist and she said he talked the whole time and made her sit in the lobby for 15 minutes before her facial so he could chat with the front desk girl. He cut her massage time even shorter and she said he really rushed through it. The facials were good, and our estheticians were very nice. I would never return because of how the owner treated us. You can't expect repeat business or referrals when you treat your customers like crap.
