  • First of all, nobody actually WANTS to come to a bail place. With that being said, my experience here was SO much better than I could have expected. Donna isn't just an amazing employee she's an amazing person. I went in there crying and by the time she was done helping me I ended up staying for a while and talking to her. She worked around every issue that I had and was so reassuring. She answered all the questions I had about bail and not about bail and truly cared about trying to help me. If I had gone to any other bail place I'm sure my experience would have been completely different. I've never had an issue with them not answering the phone or not immediately answering my questions. Good location, small parking lot - but I've always managed to get a spot.
