  • I have been to this store three times because I like the wares. But the customer service is consistently terrible. This time I went specifically to buy an item. I walked in and was the only customer. Two people standing at the counter said nothing. When I approached for help the man picked up his phone and started scrolling. The woman could not answer my question about the dimensions of the item. She walked away. I seriously thought she went to use the computer to check. No - she just returned to the counter to chat with her co-worker. I had already seen this item on line. I wanted to buy it - but I would rather spend my money where people are nice to customers.
