I am surprised with that there are 12 reviews that are one star that are not included in the calculation here. The service guy was nice enough when he visited my viking range. He missed the time window we had set up. He asked me what time it was when I suggested that he missed the window. He was an hour late. He said he would get the parts from Viking and contact me the following week. That was 5 weeks ago. I have left about 8 kind messages asking for an update. I have received none. There are several phone numbers on the website, but they all go to the same place. The website is trying to make you think they are a larger business than they are. I went out to this address and there is just a bunch of ebay type stuff in the windows. It's not really a storefront. I feel bad for this business, but I also feel bad for anyone who tries to get service from them.
