  • The cleaners have done a great job each time they were here. They leave my house spot clean and no tracks are left. The office staff has been helpful when I needed to cancel and have rescheduled when asked previously. The new person, Sheryl, does not return calls but has someone else. Her answering machine is on all day. Reminders are not given until the evening before without time of arrival. That is why I did not give 5 stars.
