  • Very conflicted. I just got a double rook piercing at Krazy Kats on Tuesday and the piercer was not only professional but very personable. I have never gotten anything pierced except my lobes at 6 months old so I was a little nervous and she was great. I could probably sleep on my ears already but am giving them some time to heal. If I could give 5 stars for her alone, I would. The gentleman that was there came in once when only one of my ears was done and there was a mishap with the jewelry. I thought he wanted to see her work but he just stood at the door and frowned. I said hello and he walked off. He came back after the last ear was done, ignored me and my sister and told my piercer that they had dinner plans. I was not late to my appointment. I came right on time. My piercer was right in the middle of my aftercare instructions, which are very important when he came to rush her yet again, this time speaking and letting her know that they were going to be late. As a customer, this was rude. I'm sure he is lovely if he gets to eat on time. Maybe he was just slightly hangry. We all have bad days. *shrug* All in all, the piercing was great and I am glad I chose them for that specific service.
